What You Need To Know Before Booking
Unlimited Ink Notary, and all contracting Notaries, are happy to help you in your time of need to get documents Notarized at any of the Phoenix Jail locations. If you are seeking to get a Power-of-Attorney Notarized please make sure to have the document in hand. Unlimited Ink Notary, and all Notaries, are not allowed to guide you or the signer on what Power of Attorney to use as that would be practicing legal advice. Notaries are not Attornies and therefore can not practice legal advice.
You will need to make sure that the inmate is willing to sign the document once the Notary arrives. If the inmate refuses to sign we will still charge for the appointment without a refund.
Pricing for Arizona:
We charge $15 admin, $50 Travel & Time,
and $10 per notarized signature. We offer bookings within 2 hours' notice.
Currently, RON is only available for approved Real Estate Closings.
