Process Break Down:

Currently the Arizona Secretary of State's office does not accept walk-in appointments making it incredibly difficult for Arizona Residents to obtain Apostilles. To further this problem, they currently only accept appointments from Tuesday - Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm (with a closed period between 12 & 1 pm). Currently, they only allow the processing for up to 6 documents per scheduled appointment. Filing by mail can take 10 business day to process.

If you are traveling to another country, or sending a notarized document to another country, you most likely will need to have your document Apostilled or Authenticated. It is important to note the Arizona Secretary of State's office can only Apostille or Authenticate documents notarized by Arizona Notaries. If your document was notarized by Notary within another State your document must be Apostilled or Authenticated by a Notary within that State.

Phoenix Arizona's #1 Notary Apostille Service
Currently, Unlimited Ink Notary may only process Apostille documents for clients who have had their documents Notarized through Unlimited Ink Notary to ensure the documents will not be rejected at the time of Apostille. We may Notarize your documents in-person with an online Notary appointment or via Remote Online Notarization. Please note that if we Notarize your document through Online Video communication the documents must be in English, and the receiving party must agree ahead of time to accept Remote Online Notarization.
Our scheduling team is available Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm to process your Apostille request and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. If you have any questions while filling out this form, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All Apostille appointments are processed by Unlimited Ink Notary for the Tuesday after your Notarization occurs. And all notarizations must be complete by 5 pm on the Sunday prior to the following processing date.
