Schedule online with our easy online booking form below or give us a call at 602-492-1336 with any questions prior to booking. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm for scheduling (with as little as two hours' notice when possible). If you are in need of a rush signing generally the fastest we can get a Notary to you is within 1.5 hours. We do offer limited scheduling hours on Saturdays from 9 am until 3 pm. You may schedule any date or time you wish, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays- your order, however, your order must be received within our scheduled hours to be processed.
In order to have a successful appointment with any Notary, you will need to have the document you wish to have Notarized in hand. Notaries are not allowed to create, suggest, or guide you in any way on what types of documents you need Notarized. If you are unable to present a printed copy of the document you need Notarized you may email it to our team at contact@unlimitedinknotary.com immediately after scheduling your appointment and the Notary will print the documents for you before heading out to your appointment at no additional charge. Please note that we do not provide witnesses, other than Notaries, for documents. If your document calls for additional witnesses (other than the Notary) you must have those in place and present by the time the Notary arrives or you may schedule your appointment at a public venue where it may be easier to ask a police officer or employee who is willing to serve as a witness. We suggest Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, or even a public grocery store. Witnesses are suggested to be not named in within the document or a party to the transaction at hand.
You will also need a NON-EXPIRED State Issued ID or Driver's License or US Passport. All Real Estate documents must have this type of identity verification per Arizona State Law. If you are not a United State Resident we are still able to use your Foreign Passport if it is accompanied by a Visa giving you the right to convey property within the United States. You may see the Arizona Notary Public Reference Manual (page 18) for more guidance. In the event you have no ID at all we still may be able to help you using a Credible Witness- that would be someone over the age of 18 years old who has proper identification and is willing to take an oath that they know you and you are who you say you are. They will need to be present and also sign the Notaries Journal. Please note: if you are intending to use a credible witness you must include that in your notes.
When your Notary Public arrives you (or the signer you have scheduled for) must be coherent and willing to sign the document. The Notary's sole purpose in your signing is to verify your identity and make sure you are truly willing (wanting to sign). They will not Notarize your document if you seem in any way reluctant or disoriented. When scheduling hospital/jail signings for others we highly recommend insuring the signer is 100% ready to sign.
